  •         I was looking for someone to do my makeup for prom. Long behold I found Jessi! She was very communicative and was willing to answer any questions I had. She really listened and understood what kind of look I wanted and made sure to tell me that if I didn't like something she was doing, to tell her. Overall I had a great experience and enjoyed working with Jessi. My makeup stayed on about 90% of the time, which is great for me given that I have oily skin and was dancing g all night.

As someone who doesn't wear makeup at all, I was concerned about looking "made-up," but jessi listened to my request, wasn't offended if I asked to change things a little, and did my makeup for my wedding just the way I wanted.

  •         I am so glad that I chose Jessi Stansberry to do my hair and makeup! It was very convenient that she was willing travel to me (since I live out of town and am not all that familiar with the area.) She did an incredible job and took her time which I greatly appreciated. I was amazed at how perfectly she captured the look I was going for. Thanks to Jessi I had a wonderful night and felt like a princess!! I would recommend her to anyone .. well worth your money!

  •         I just had my trail run with Jessi yesterday. I have to say I was rather impressed. She came to my home and was very friendly to me AND my sweet yet obnoxious dog. She really made sure I liked what we were doing and let me know that I can change my mind at anytime, which is great as being female and pregnant can lead to this. I don't foresee any issues and am happy that makeup and hair is one less thing to worry about as I plan my last minute wedding party. I am also impressed with Thumbtack in general as it was a random find on Google and everything is working out great. Can't wait to see Jessi again on the big day!

    I have been lucky enough to work with many award winning photographers and make-up artists. Jessi is by far my favorite person to work with. She is incredibly attentive to your specific requests, always on top of the latest trends, and just a joy to work with. If I could hire her for every event I have - whether for film/tv, modeling, or an awards show or other special event, I would!
